Description

I found a piece of heavy equipment online. Called and discussed, saw pictures and the serial number. Was sent several pages of information that was the dealer sheet, the invoice, then where to wire money. I talked to the person several times. Text mgs. were used after that for comms. Called for update on shipping and the phone call could not be completed. Called from another desk phone and got an answer, actually called me back. I asked what the shipping info was, told that no issues, he would send it again, never did, now the phone is off the hook.
