This company calls asking you to try their ink and have 365 days to return if you are not satisfied. When trying to return they said I was unable to return and had to pay because it was part of a "promotional deal". With the "promo" they then state that you verbally agree to pay for 5 more toner cartages that total over $2000.00. We paid for the promo toner, spoke to representative and clarified that once promo invoice is paid that we are finished and wanted nothing further. After making the last payment, we received a phone call that they sent 5 toners totaling $2,995.00 and that our promo was not over. No where on the invoice was it mentioned nor will they send you any information on what the promo deal includes. When you ask to speak to a manager or owner of the company they state, "I'm the CEO/CFO and we are sending you to collections". They refuse to give you any information and then send your calls to voicemail.
