This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I ordered a bundle of spices off what I thought was a real website. That’s my mistake, obviously. When the charge was posted to my account, it said “Midnight Bloom Fashion.” Obviously I got scammed. That’s on me, whatever. The charge was initially $14.95 for what I thought I was buying. I closed that card and got a new one, because I knew the one I entered was compromised. A few days later, I got a notification that a charge from Midnight Bloom Fashion Company was denied for $73.54. The reason for denying was because I turned that card off. This company is actively scamming people and taking their card numbers. Attached is a screenshot of their Facebook scam.
