They tried to reach out before but because I didnt respond, now I have to pay more than my original ticket amount due to me responding later. It a sounded legit when I was speaking with her, *** ****** ****** *** * ****** **** ** *********** Call me bias but each time I contact any sort of customer service, it's some person with * ****** ****** **** ** ********* ** *********** I had to call the phone number on the back of my credit card, and no surprise another one of them that I can't understand clearly. Credit card is with Citi too and they also have these people to represent them.
