I found a breeder for Italian greyhounds and she took my puppy to this courier that she has used forever. They kept charging me more money the day of his delivery. Lied to me countless times. I have 5 to 10 phone numbers the called me through. The puppy was to be delivered today but the courier called me and said Henry was crying and didn’t look well. They took him to a vet and messaged me that I owed 8000.00 more money. They only email and text. They will not answer any of my questions. They won’t tell me the town, vet, paperwork etc. they did message they needed the 8000 so Henry could have surgery. He ate paper and the vet is going to cut it out. The manager is Frank and I have 2 numbers on him. I’m at a loss. Courier said they need the 8000 tomorrow morning to pay and I could see all my papers upon delivery. The said they had the right to take action without my permission. Well that is untrue. They messaged me and informed me and I asked for all of these plus more and they won’t help. I told them I would pay only the vet and if I didn’t pay them then Henry would die and no surgery. Then they would transport him back and not deliver to me. I have rights to my own puppy. I’ve had payment issues with them from the beginning. They will tell me that I didn’t owe any other fees and that Henry was about to board the plane. Lies. I don’t know their names. Only the so called manager is Frank and hes been n nice but weird.
