Description
Scammer billed Medicare for 6 months for product I did not order nor receive, Medicare paid $7056 for this claim. They billed for urinary catheters, 6 months at a time. Four months were approved and 2 months were denied. This was reported to Medicare. I had to replace my Medicare number.
