A letter was mailed to me directly at my home address. There was no return address or information. The letter read "Response to this Notice Requested" and at the bottom, :"FINAL NOTICE". The letter requested that I contact their office to avoid any unnecessary delays in my coverage before 12/1/2025. It said their records indicated that I had not contacted them to get my home warranty up to date. The problem is, I DO NOT have a home warranty with them or anyone! I called the number to have them explain what the letter was all about. When I told them I did not have a home warranty and accused them of running a scam, they slammed the phone down. Someone with no company name except 4Ever Home Warranty is trying to defraud the public by false information. The person signing the letter is Vicky Mercer. Time to put these scam artists out of business and stop wasting our time and insulting our intelligence!!
