Description

This company posed as a legitimate seller and popped up on my Instagram feed. I placed an order for a pair of shoes and never got tracking. I tried to contact them and realized they do not have a number listed for customer service; however, they have an email, and I wrote them. After that, I was sent a tracking number that does not go anywhere except directly to their site with no listed name for the courier/shipping company. Also, the tracking says only "ready" for the item. I placed this order since the 3rd of November; since then, they have been telling me that my package is coming. I filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back but they started making threats about when I told them that I no longer trust the transaction and that since the item does not show as "shipped" and I got my money back, they should not bother shipping the item, because I need the shoes for something so I have gone ahead to order a pair directly from the maker. Since then, they have been writing and making threats that either I pay them the money or return the shoes with my money (shoes I was never sent) and threatening me with a lawsuit, saying that the remark that I do not trust this transaction is defamatory. the business name on their financial information is THEIGHT with an address in New Jersey, but the website search shows Brazil. They have also changed their name 5 times on Instagram.
