Complaint Summary: I placed an order for jeans from this company, but the item I received was not what I ordered. When I attempted to contact the company to request a replacement or refund, my message was returned with a MAILER-DAEMON notice, indicating that the company’s email address is no longer valid or accepting messages. I am unable to reach the company through any provided contact information. Details of the Issue: Product Ordered: Jeans (correct style/size as advertised) Product Received: A different item than what was advertised or purchased Order Number: #7073 Date of Purchase: 10/242025 Amount Paid: $64.99 with a bank debit card Company Contact Attempt: I attempted to contact the company via their listed email address regarding the incorrect product. My email was returned with a MAILER-DAEMON notification, showing the company’s email is either invalid, inactive, or blocked. Steps Taken: I attempted to reach customer support by email but could not get through. No alternative contact methods appear to be working. I have not received any communication, replacement, or refund from the company. Desired Resolution: I am requesting a full refund for this purchase or receipt of the correct item as originally ordered. I also request that the BBB review this business for potential fraudulent or deceptive practices, as customers appear to have no functional way to contact them after receiving incorrect merchandise.
