Description
I was sent a 'Second Time-sensitive Notice' citing ANNUAL NOTICE OF CHANGES for 2026 **IMPORTANT CHANGES TO YOUR PLAN** (referring to Medicare). I was instructed to have my Medicare card available, and call 855-360-3669. I would then be "directed to a licensed broker to complete my review." I, of course, did NOT call this number, having noticed (among other things) the fine print stating: "Unified Health is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency."
