Description
This scammer got $5,397.84 from Medicare, charged to my Medicare number. I don't know how they got my number, I only give it to providers I see. They charged for catheters and I don't use them nor did I receive them in error. There are other people who are victims of the same fraud that I found on-line. Both USAA part F and CHAMPVA refused the charges for the 20% copay.
