Chimney Sweep service under the name Mr.Chimney - Some refer to as the Mr-Chimney scam. Showed up as a top hit on google for my area. In retrospect, the site and scheduling was unprofessional. They showed up an hour late and appeared to be working - some chimney cleaning was done but not to the "level 3" that was charged. At the time of payment, they even requested a tip for the service starting at 15%. They offer an inspection and sweep for $89 each but then upsell or say the conditions of the chimney are worse than they are. The man poorly cleaned both chimney's and did a firebox "repair" that has failed after the first fire. I called their number and they could not find my job order or receipt.
