Description

I was attempting to call 888-687-1503 and reversed two numbers. 687 to 678. I was calling Georgia Access.gov for health insurance. They answered the phone has health insurance. The representative walked me through plans for my son and compared details. I gave him information about my son and finally paid with authorization. My son and I were both supposed to get an email confirming the transaction and information about the insurance...cards etc. We never got an email by the next day. I called back several times and each time the number is answered a different way. When I finally got a real person to answer two different times they act like they don't know what I am talking about, refuse to let me speak to a manager, and hang up on me. After one of these calls, I called back and the phone answered as a health insurance agency for the first time in my attempts to call back. The bank won't refund my money as a fraud since I gave them authorization, but this is a somehow a very deceitful phone number and scam.
