I purchased a sweater from "Ash NewYork". After I paid for the item i got a notice there was a delay is shipping at that it was coming from China. The website went offline and I had no way to track the order. I got another email, this time it had an email address I could reply to. I told them I wanted to cancel the order since it had not shipped and I was told since it was in the "shipping process" it could not be cancelled and I could return it once it arrived. Almost a month later the sweater arrives, was supposed to he a large, maybe for a toddler. The quality was child labor piece of crap. I emailed again and said I needed to return it for a refund, they told me they would give me a 10% refund and I could keep the sweater. Again i told them I wanted a refund and I would be sending it back to the address on the website. They stated they only accept refunds at their warehouse in China?!? If you are a NY based store why would your warehouse be in China. To send it back to China would be more than I paid. They are running a scam retail site. And their warehouse in China, the address is for a chemical company, reported to my card company, We'll see how this turns out.
