Complaint Details: I purchased a product from My Comfy Pajama on November 2, 2025. Order number: MCP-SL-7406 After receiving the item, I requested a return within the valid timeframe. The company is now requiring that I ship the product to China and pay expensive international shipping costs. This requirement was never disclosed prior to or during purchase. Their published return policy stated: • Customers have 30 days to request a return • A return shipping label would be provided once the return was approved The current instructions contradict the policy that was advertised. This makes the return process unreasonable and represents a misleading and deceptive business practice. I have documentation including: • Screenshots of their published return policy • Emails showing they require international shipping to China • Proof of purchase and delivery ? Resolution Requested: I am requesting one of the following resolutions: 1?? Provide a prepaid return label within the United States or 2??
