Description
Person who called asked for me by name and asked if I was home so I could receive important documents so I don't miss a court date. He said he worked for Carlyle and Associates. When I asked who was trying to sue me, he gave me a toll free number (866-791-4222) and case number and told me to call them for more information. I didn't bother calling back because I don't owe any debts and know this is a scam.
