I received a statement for Medicare and realized that there was a fraudulent claim. It was for two charges for an intermittent urinary catheter. Medicare paid them over $4500 and said I was responsible for 900 of it. I alerted Medicare and called the Doctor Who said she had no record of me receiving care there for the past 10 years and that I had a zero balance. when I looked up Centennial medical supply, I saw that they are responsible for fraudulent claims against Medicare for items that were never supplied or requested
