Description
Centennial Med Supply LLC billed my Medicare account for a total of $11,250 and Medicare approved and paid them a total of $9,000 so far. They were billing Medicare every month from April 14, 2025 to October 14, 2025 for 300 Intermittent urinary catheter ordered by Dr. Claire M Lyons. I’ve never seen this doctor, I’ve never needed this equipment and I’ve never received it. I tried to call this company, left a message but they don’t call back. I reported this problem to the Medicare Fraud department as listed on Medicare Summary Notice I received recently.
