Description
Received summary of benefits notification from CMS stating I received two shipments of 300 urinary catheters which Medicare paid for from a company I never heard of. I do not use catheters nor did I receive any. My doctor has never prescribed them. I have mad a report to Medicare which is following up on this as potential fraud.
