Description
Received a fake bill for Covid testing from 2022. The bill was for $500. I did receive Covid testing in Virginia on numerous occasions for work related travel but never in Leesburg, Va. All of my medical expenses were paid at the time of service. I imagine one of my medical visits/billing/PII was compromised.
