Description
A claim was filled on my insurance account claiming 6 charges of $2,295 by CAREBRIDGE INNOVATIONS for supplies I did not receive or order. Claim number 22368787906. Service: Supplies A4352. I immediately called by insurance company when the Charge and Payment Details sheet arrived 11/14/25.. They did not pay, thank goodness. My motivation is to stop this company from preying on elderly people.
