Description
Received an EOB from Medicare concerning Part B charges for claims between June and October 2025. Centennial Med Supply LLC charged Medicare $9000 for 1200 total urinary catheters that I never received these supplies nor did I ever use a catheter. Medicare paid $5,292.00 for these claims. My secondary insurance received the processing EOB but fortunately did not pay anything and requested records from the provider. I reported this to Medicare and to HHS-OIG.
