I ordered a pair of leather boots from Miller and James website. Description stated "fine premium leather". They are anything but that, and they smell! They don't even resemble the product listed on their website. The original price was $450.00, on sale for $89.95. I contacted customer service via email and their reply was they would refund me 30% and I could keep the boots. They don't even fit! Way too small! I would like a FULL refund. This is false advertising; they claim a 30-Day GUARANTEED return and they ship directly from their NEW YORK store. FALSE- they emailed me it would cost too much in international shipping fees to return them!
