I bought a supplement called Provitalize and upon receipt the label is misspelt. The true product is FDA approved and this is not. I then looked at my bank and they’d taken an extra $25 out. When I asked them about it they said it was an Eco fee, which I knew nothing about. I requested a full refund if I would report them in which they replied that I could return the item or get a 50% refund. I accepted the 50% as their supplier is in China with a costly postage fee. When the refund finally arrived in my bank it was for $11 and they refuse to pay back the rest. Selling fraudulent supplements can be very dangerous if consumed so I’m reporting this so other people know it’s fake and should not be consumed. I doubt I will get my money back!
