Description
I received a call from someone who stated they were with my insurance carrier. They knew my employer’s name and they mentioned a specific service that my employer provides through the insurance carrier. I requested a call back number and was given an 800 number. I called the insurance carrier and they confirmed this is not one of their numbers. I have since received a second can from the original number.
