Received shoes in the mail from “Comfort Wear Shoes” and they are absolutely not as advertised on Social Media. I have many emails and left voicemails also and still no response. Their Instagram add specifically states “45 day return policy for a full refund”. Is it really above and beyond to actually have customer service anymore.
