Description
--- ### ?? **Message to BBB Scam Tracker / FTC Report** **Subject:** Potential Employment Scam – Sanctity Staffing LLC (Wilmington, DE) --- **Summary of Incident:** I was contacted by a company called **Sanctity Staffing LLC**, which claims to be a staffing and career-placement agency based at *501 Silverside Road, Suite 105, Wilmington, Delaware 19809, USA*. The representatives I communicated with were **Zeeshan Malek** and **Rutvik Goswami** (Managing Director). They offered me a so-called *“Guaranteed Placement Program”* promising to secure me a remote or IT-related position. They claimed I would only need to pay them **14% of my first-year salary** in installments **after receiving an offer**. At first glance, this seemed reasonable — but upon reviewing the official documents, serious red flags emerged. --- **Details of the Documents Received:** I was sent two files: 1. **Credential_Form.docx** – requested my: * Date of birth * Last 4 digits of SSN * Passport number * Visa status * University details * AND **login credentials (email and LinkedIn passwords)** This is not standard in legitimate recruiting and raises major privacy and identity theft concerns. 2. **Contract+Sanctity.docx** – titled *“Service Providing & Repayment Agreement.”* It required me to: * Pay **14% of my first-year salary** in **three installments**, beginning at the time of offer letter or background check (before starting work). * Authorize **ACH withdrawals or wage garnishment** directly from my bank or employer. * Agree to **11% interest** and late fees if any payment was missed. * Allow them to conduct extensive **background checks** without limitation and contact my employers, schools, and even law enforcement. The contract language effectively turns this into a **loan or debt agreement**, not a staffing service. --- **My Communication with Them:** When I asked for revisions — specifically to remove sensitive data requests, wage-garnishment clauses, and to clarify refund or cancellation terms — the company responded that: > “Those are our company’s terms and conditions we are following, and that is our procedure we are doing here. We cannot change anything in the agreement. Sign, or otherwise you don’t need to waste your time.” When I continued to express caution, they replied again: > “It doesn’t matter for us, as we have strong success ratio so we can source another talent like you.” This dismissive and coercive tone further confirmed that they were not operating as a legitimate U.S. staffing agency. --- **Why I Believe This Is a Scam or Predatory Practice:** * They requested **confidential information and passwords** that no reputable company would ask for. * They required **payment from the candidate**, not the employer, which violates standard U.S. staffing models. * The **contract terms** include ACH debit authorization, wage garnishment, and interest penalties — all inappropriate for a candidate. * Their tone turned **aggressive and unprofessional** when I declined to sign. * They linked to unrelated websites (e.g., *valisinternational.com*) when asked for proof of registration. --- **Requested Action:** I would like the BBB to: * **Review and investigate Sanctity Staffing LLC** for potential employment fraud or unfair business practices. * **Warn other job seekers** about these deceptive recruiting methods. * Share this report with the **FTC and Delaware Attorney General’s Office** if appropriate. I am attaching or can provide copies of all documents, emails, and screenshots as supporting evidence.
