Description
I've been getting text messages in NC stating that I have a refund from safe driver benefit, it says for me to complete a quiz to get a certain amount from a refund. The number the texts come from is 40494. I've received 3 in a months time from this random number. The amounts range from $527 to the amount they texted today was $485.
