Description

There was a car dealership “Randy’s Auto Sales” that had a vehicle I tried to purchase. After many conversations pictures and videos I proceeded with the purchase. Signed a bill of sale, invoice and sent a wire transfer. After the wire transfer I looked deeper into the company and the listing and eventually found the same vehicle I had purchased on a different company in Alabama that had sold last year. The LLC listed on the invoice is “Retro Cars Rebirth LLC” operated by Nicolas Horak, located at 3095 McKenzie Road, Atlanta GA. I filed an FBI query at IC3.gov, my bank was notified of the fraud the same day as the wire transfer and is doing what they can. Bank of America won’t take my calls, I filed a complaint with the Office of Georgia Secretary of State, they also said there is nothing they can do. I have the bank account and routing (bank of America). Invoice attached, I have other documents to provide as well. Thank you.
