I placed the order and paid on Oct 23rd 2025. as per website; "We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment." It is now Nov. 12th, I emailed Support 5 times and I'm just getting a round around about them asking the carrier to expedite and never addressing my direct questions if they in fact shipped the product. The order appears to have never shipped and the order tracking system says the order is not in the system. I see on social media the same product and website structure but operating with different front names. in "Contact us" they are listed as: LANDBASE TRADING CO.,LTD
