2 claims filed on Medicare and supplemental insurance totaling over $12,000. I notified Medicare on October 10, 2025, of the original fraud claim and again on November 12, 2025, when another fraud claim was filed, and my supplemental insurance, Mutual of Omaha, on November 12, 2025. I called Centennial on November 12, 2025, and it goes straight to voicemail. There have been complaints filed and a notice of fraud issued by Colorado BBB. I can forward copies of my claim forms but that is all I have. We have not needed nor been prescribed medical supply equipment. This is a fraudulent claim that I cannot seem to get medicare nor my supplemental insurance provider to do anything about.
