After sending a Apple Cash deposit of $380 to Bernadeth to secure puppy, we agreed I would pick up the puppy that weekend at 1pm. Although she never provided her address i knew she was 2 hours from me, so i drove out for 2 hours to make it on time but yet she cancelled at last minute and we agreed pick up the next day. She then tells me her daughter is in the hospital with cancer, and she has dropped off the puppy with a shipping company to be delivered to me ( I never agreed to this). Next the shipping company emails me top pay additional $600 for crate rental and additional $1,000 for travel life insurance which all had to be paid via Zelle, or gift cards..... RED FLAGS ...when i confronted her she became very defensive and said i was being difficult... really? I have all this in writing and would be more than happy to share.
