I purchased (2) 18 inch & (1) 20 inch bundles from “GetyourLondonLook” for pick up on Nov 6th 2025, I called the number that was on her website no one answered, so I sent a text to the number and asked for a pick up time there was no response. So the next day I sent another text to see if she’d received my message and the message did not deliver and I tried calling and it went straight to voicemail. So I went to her website again to look at the policy and it said “please give 24hrs / 48hrs for response.” and I did that, when I noticed no one had got back with me in those few days I sent and email again no one responded. So I go up to the business Nov 8th & 11th again no one was there. The business is still promising themselves on social media but hasn’t replied to any of my messages. I talked to a few people in Richmond Va after noticing the scam and I received the same info that she has done this same thing to multiple other people.
