My mother n law lives in the Cranbrook Nirvana Apts , and on 11/04/2025 complex was having some paving done on their private parking lot. Mrs Marilyn Atterberry lives in building "G", moved her vehicle to on around building "S", which thought was safe and out the way. This is around 1pm , later found out from foreman , J Concrete , didn't arrive on property til 3-3:30, I spoke with the foreman, first thing he said "We have nothing to do with this!, we know her car and have watched her go in and out of complex and park in front of her residence. At this time he advised that had been leasing office that had her car removed. I called office and spoke with "Chrissy" She explained that all residents were sent emails, and text( most Seniors don't communicate this way ,including myself}. I since called\ QuikDrop , was told car is at $327.00 bring cash!, I said m'aam you just told me yesterday cashiers, check. $33.00 a day , and on 4th day she assesses a fee of $65 governed by the State [4th day Sunday} to send owner a notification!! i told her that's predatory , because i am on phone and Marilyn Atterberry right here as well. She then said over 100s of cars on my lot some owner do not know that their car is here. , well she knows where it is. Told young lady I would call back, my full name is Susan Williams , phone number 470-408-4413 Called company QuikDrop that towed the car , very nasty unprofessional establishment. Told me picked Mrs Atterberry"s car up around 12:30pm! I asked why? person on phone refused name, said we contract with them , we had a call to clear lot of abandoned, stolen , unlicensed, unregistered, untagged, tresspassing etc. Which Mrs Atterberry doesn't fall into. With that said , means company takes time to me run the vehicle , and quite frankly if leasing office gave order knew vehicle belonged to Marilyn Atterberry. At this time I am fearing for Mrs Atterberry's safety. only because this seems personal.
