Description
Ordered 3 insoles for my child online from Footstr and never received an order number. A few days later I received shipping confirmation from China. 3.5 weeks later product was received but it was missing an insert. I reached out to customer service to tell them I hadn't received the package, then the same day it was delivered. Then I reached out to let them know it only had 2 insoles and I wasn't happy with the two received and I wanted to return. "John" then requested pictures of the product. I sent the pictures and then checked back in a few days later with more pictures and they have ghosted me. There is little hope of being able to return this crap product for a refund.
