Description
I am filing a complaint against ArtVibe Wellness regarding an order I placed on October 9. According to the shipping information, the item was marked “out for delivery” on October 24. Today is November 7, and I have still not received my order. I have exchanged approximately 20 emails with a representative named Rose from the company. She initially agreed to issue a refund since the order never arrived but later refused, stating that the tracking information continues to show “out for delivery.” The delivery company used by ArtVibe Wellness is GOFO, which has a 1.5-star rating. On November 7, GOFO advised me to contact the seller directly for a refund. Despite doing so, I have not received my refund or the item.
