I ordered a King Size “Quilted”quilt, believing I would receive the quality (pictured) that Quiltnest advertised. They use False advertising stating “luxurious”! Their advertising: Elevate your bedroom with the luxurious comfort and elegant design of our 3-Piece Quilted Bedding Set. Thoughtfully crafted to create a serene sleeping experience, this set is a blend of quality, style, and convenience. They say orders are made per order- Bull! Hand crafted- appears 3D printing mass production- since image is blurred- nothing like their website. Sewed area looks like large puzzle designs, nothing like website, that does not enhance and does not look anything like the image (from their website) and is not like a real quilt. Unfortunately I am not able to send my pictures- to your complaint form, of images what I received from Quiltnest. I need to make smaller size!! I do have a few to share, if someone can contact me. ** I did send the pic from their website what I was supposed to receive and DID NOT. I received: a "dull printed fabric with a design poorly sewn on" also was not quilted at all. Mine was completely flat fabric, no puffy like a “luxurious” as the mention. I attempted to call them, NO ANSWER!! I emailed them, they reply, with their policy, which doesn’t help customers. I paid hefty shipping fee, they ship in a light plastic cover, with product shrink wrapped inside that got punctured during shipping. The address was from California. They also have an address out of Hong Kong! Address 2: Flat/RM 308 3/F Chevalier House 45 -51 Chatham Road South Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong Definitely a Bait & switch situation.
