This item was purchased unintentionally by a teenager and I immediately attempted to cancel but the company did not allow it. They told me I would get cashback as the item could not be cancelled, but it turns out it was only cashback to use on another item of specific value. I emailed and asked to begin the refund process. The seller stated that shipping is covered by the buyer in a return. However, on the package, there is a return address to California, but the seller makes you ship it to China. The total cost of shipping is over $120 making shipping cost more than the refund. This company is a scam as I couldn’t even return an item that is unopened. They also require you to pay for one day shipping but do not even ship with one day shipping.
