I received an email stating I was to be refunded $396.60 from LifeLock. I opened the email and the person on the phone stated he needed a debit card to replace/refund my money. I thought he was legit. I told him I did not have any money or credit/debit cards. I don't have any money; he got irate with me and that's when he took over my phone and I watched my him looking around my account. He was looking at every password I had, every debit/credit cards. I have their icon on my phone, I called them today asked them to take their icon "anydesk" off my phone, when I call them they hang up on me.
