When a family member was booking an airline ticket, they somehow got to this phone number, they pose as a "reservations desk", so I assumed I was calling ITA airlines. I booked my ticket RT to Europe. But soon I had a $300 service fee on my credit card. I called and disputed this charge. the email I received still looked like it came from ITA so I still didnt think anything of it, I for some reason still didnt realize this was a 3rd party site. sometimes your brain just doesnt make the connection because after all, I called ITA Airlines! to make matters worse there is a second part of this scam and I can only assume this is run by the same company. When my outbound flight was delayed 12 hours, I called what I though was ITA customer service line, and again I got a "reservation desk" to "help me", they said they were rebooking me on a Swiss air flight, and that it wold out me a little more.. ($900 more) but in doing this I LOST my original return flight on ITA becuase technically I didn't show up for my original outbound flight! so I had to buy another one way flight back to US.. now I have since called both of these numbers I somehow dialed! (no idea where I got them from) and all the agents I spoke to tell me "we are a reservation consolidation desk for ALL the major airline", "when you call the airline they transfer you to us when the wait time is too long" ! unfortunately I can't recall how I got any of these numbers, when I google ITA customer support, I only get the actual ITA customer support, and not some fake ads or something, so I have no idea how I got the numbers to begin with! these are the numbers 800-957-1989 flight supports.com and 877-604-1220 flighttripcharge.com
