Description
I requested a refund within 2weeks of trying the product due to the fact that I had an allergic reaction. Customer service gave me an address to return the product. The package was returned to me about 10 days later stating there was no such address. Customer service then gave me another address which was also returned. They allegedly referred my situation to upper management. No response. So now I’m out $268 + $28 in shipping costs. The only reason I ordered this was because it was allegedly promoted by Oprah Winfrey. The product name is Burn Peak.
