Hair dresser located on style seat as HAIR BY INDIA MARIE. I placed my appointment on the style seat app for a quick weave and 1/2 of the total service plus tip was due at the time of booking. A total of $61.00 was taken out my account immediately. My appointment was scheduled for Sunday, November 2nd @ 9:30 am. I arrived at the location 797 bell road at 9:15 a.m. I was greeted by a Hispanic at Music City Salon and he stated India doesn't work there and hasn't in over 2 years. I texted India on her Instagram # and called. She texted saying she wouldn't be able to do my hair as she fractured her ankle on Friday. She proceeded to say she had been locked out of style seat and somebody has been updating appointments on her page as well as using their payment information. I asked how will I get my money back and she texted saying she had already contacted style seat and the police but I needed the lock my card
