I had seen multiple ads on Facebook for Namarie claiming they were a nontoxic activewear brand. I eventually decided to purchase two sets of activewear (two bras and two leggings). I didn’t realize at the time that it was pre-order, but it was fine. I placed the order on August 16, 2025. I received a confirmation email and information that said they would send follow up emails and that I could track the status of my order online. I have never received any further emails from them and the online website to track my order just says what I ordered with no more information. I have emailed them asking for updates, but have not gotten a response, and they warn not to email again or they will push your first email to the back of the list. But it has been weeks and they have not responded. They are now sending emails saying their company is in jeopardy and they need so many preorders to stay open so I’m concerned about the stats of my 3 month old order.
