Description
I went to the US Dept of State site to purchase a new passport for my son. Somehow I was transferred to the Passport Hub website. It looks just like the Dept of State site. I completed the DS form and paid (which I thought was strange to pay before going to get the passport). The site never completed the sale and just kept “thinking” so I canceled the sale (so I thought). Passport Hub charged me and didn’t send me any documents. When I contacted them, they gave me half my payment back and refused to refund the entire amount. This is such a scam! I don’t understand how this business is able to operate. They straight steal from people!
