Description
“Molina Healthcare Asian Department” called from real looking Molina healthcare caller ID and 888 number. Caller, speaking in Chinese, claimed several denied insurance claims made by someone posing as me in China. Calmly and intelligently addressed my cross examination and scam concern. Showed concern. Transferred me to “Chinese police” who requested zoom call, texted a badge image and then unsent later. Requested me to show photo ID and passport on zoom call.
