Check # 17721385 Check date is 9/9/2025 wants me to contact my claim manager at 1-306-241-0664 or 1-848-283-1091 BEFORE depositing the check. Check is suppose to cover insurance and attorney fees. Name on front of flyer is Richie Jenkins, Chief Financial Officer. Name on back Bob Crawford, President, Winners Selection Commission. Please sign and detach to give to our Prize Patrol Team after you receive your prize. Security code is PCH-0915-WIN The total amount to be claimed for your win is $2,500,000.00 (2.5 million) Congratulations!
