Description
I received a letter requesting my consent to partner with him (Baloti Valo) to claim the benefit of a life insurance policy for a deceased relative. While the relative’s name was correct, the facts about them were not. Also, the mailing envelope was postmarked from Greensboro, NC USA while the sender is supposedly from Canada.
