I know have 28 emails with the supposed customer support of this company. I ordered from a FB ad on 9/22 Almost a month later, I reached out asking where my package was. The told me to be “patient” that it was in transit. They refused to give me the name of the company delivering my package or the number. Finally on 10/23, the sent me an email with a screenshot at 0810 am EST, which I will attach, showing my package was delivered on 10/23 at 15:46:06 EST. I busted them in an email asking how a package can be delivered over 7 hours before that delivery time had even arrived. They wanted me to absorb part of the loss and I straight up told them NO. They offered reshipment, but then rescinded the offer when I demanded it be sent FedEx/UPS GLOBAL Overnight. At this point, they have only refunded part of my money and still owe me $9.88. I have contacted an attorney and am reporting them to you and the Congressman in my state and the state the scammer uses as a storefront because there is an address attached to the refunds they have sent. The storefront address is 2010 14th Street, Boulder, CO 80302. There is of course no phone number nor would they supply one. Please don’t let them get you! Hopefully by the time I am done, these scammers will be caught and dealt with.
