Description
An ad on Instagram advertised a “ ?? High-Quality, Thick Glass” mug from a store in California that was having a close out sale. They said there were only a few left. They shipped me a cheap plastic mug from China and are still advertising the same product as if it’s a close out sale with a few left. I asked to return it and they said I had to pay my own shipping back to China but I could keep it for a 20% refund. The packaging it came in had various advertisements that said they have 24/7 customer service but there was no contact information or company information anywhere in the package.
