Description

I was a victim of Face-book Gunther-Renker Perricone MD Sub-D Cold Plasma scam. No mention of a subscription, no authorization from me for future shipments or billing was given. I never received an order confirmation, no invoice…nothing. 1 month later, I was charged nearly twice the cost of my authorized purchase. I called, cancelled future orders, was told to return the shipment by the courier (USPS). I asked for a return authorization or label, was told we don’t give return labels, just take the package back through the shipping agency. A box came amid many additional packages (??). There was no identifying information on the box. I had to open the box to ID the contents. I immediately resealed it, went to the post office to return to sender. I was asked to pay because the box was opened. I called Gunther-Renker multiple times, waited on hold for 89 minutes, 40 minutes on a second line. No luck. I called this morning, asked for a manager only to be told no manager was available. No return label would be provided. I never received notification of a subscription, never got a confirmation email nor did they provide an invoice. My credit card company has refused to credit my account. They say I agreed to a subscription. I assured the agent I did not. THIS IS A FACEBOOK SCAM??. Beware.
